What you can expect from us
- One point of contact. Steven Pineda personally handles every estimate and manages every project. You won't be chasing a salesperson or a rotating crew lead.
- Paperwork up front. Insurance certificates and anything else your building requires, before work starts.
- House rules followed. Work hours, elevator reservations, loading dock use, noise and debris rules.
- Common areas protected. Hallways, elevators and entry points are covered and kept clean.
- Bilingual communication. We work in English and Spanish, so instructions get to the field crew clearly.

Full interior unit remodels: layout changes, kitchens, bathrooms, ceilings, floors, tile, stone and millwork, plus repairs after water damage.
