Built to Last

Steven Pineda started in the trades at ten years old, working alongside his father on job sites around Houston. That's where he learned how things are actually built, and how they should be.

Today Steven runs Legacy Renovations, a Houston company focused on full interior remodels of high-rise condominiums. He personally handles every walkthrough, every estimate and every project, working with experienced crews he trusts. There's no sales team between you and the person responsible for your home.

We're an approved vendor at seven Houston high-rise buildings, and we work in both English and Spanish.

How we work

• Detailed proposals. Every scope is itemized, including what's excluded and why, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
• Direct communication. You'll have Steven's cell, and he answers it.
• Respect for your building. We follow house rules and protect common areas, because we plan to work there again.
