Legacy Renovations specializes in full interior remodels of high-rise condominiums in Houston. We take units down to the studs and rebuild them: new layouts, new kitchens and bathrooms, new ceilings, floors, tile, stone and millwork.
We're an approved vendor at seven Houston high-rise buildings, so we already know how management works, what the house rules are, and what it takes to keep your neighbors happy while your home is being rebuilt.
What we do
- Full gut remodels and layout changes: moving walls, opening up kitchens, reworking floor plans
- Kitchens: cabinetry, countertops, stone, backsplashes, appliance layouts
- Bathrooms: showers, tile, vanities, fixtures
- Ceilings, floors and finishes: drywall, flooring, tile, stone, paint
- Millwork and carpentry: built-ins, trim, doors, custom details
Why high-rise work is different
A condo remodel isn't a house remodel on a higher floor. Every building has its own approval process, insurance certificates, elevator reservations, work hours, noise rules and common-area protection requirements. We handle that paperwork and coordination with your building so you don't have to.
How it works
- Walkthrough. We walk the unit with you and talk through what you want.
- Detailed written proposal. You get an itemized scope that spells out what's included and what isn't, so there are no surprises later.
- Building approvals. We coordinate with management on paperwork, insurance and scheduling.
- Construction. Steven manages your project personally from start to finish, and you always know who to call.
- Final walkthrough. We walk the finished unit with you and close out any punch-list items.
